The La Diperie on Queen Street East in Toronto has seen fans flocking to it year round, rain or shine, whether it’s slip ‘n’ slide season, or don’t-slip-on-the-ice season. Franchise co-owner Alpesh Shah, who opened the location in 2018, was quoted in the article saying, “You would be surprised at how many orders we receive for delivery. Ice cream was a seasonal thing, but not anymore.”
Shah and his wife were inspired to franchise with La Diperie by their kids, avid ice cream fans, and that love for ice cream has radiated outward into their greater Toronto area. “We’ve received so much positive feedback since we opened.
